Taken with the maco lens on the canon, I used the pop up flash, channeled onto the subject with a cardboard tube.

Christmas Cactus pad.

This was lit from the front using a mobile phone's torch as the light source. I placed the plant close to the wall so as to give a bright background, and the whiole thing looks very Blossfeldt!

The plant looks to me made of leather!
